Open Monuments Sardinia. Twentieth edition Open Monuments is a demonstration born in 1997 first only active in Cagliari and that now commits the whole region thanks to many volunteers who offer their help to promote the small semi-unknown pearl that has the name Sardinia. An appointment with the history and charm of this island to be rediscovered in museums, churches and cathedrals, underground, archaeological sites. To open their arms to the visitors, the 7th and the 8th May will be the turn of:

  • Sassari (Http://monumentiaperti.com/it/comuni-2/sassari) that on the official site is represented by the altar nuraghic of Monte d ' D'accoddi, a unique monument throughout the Mediterranean.
  • Pula (Http://monumentiaperti.com/it/comuni-2/pula) among whose beauties is to be considered a MUST the archaeological area of Nora.
  • Oristano (Http://monumentiaperti.com/it/comuni-2/oristano) The official site could still be in the end, as they are reported on the page of the city only the monuments of Marrubiu, shortly there list the final but if you will be in Province no doubt do not miss the Antiquarium arborea.
