Bosa

The village.

On the bank of the river I fear little above the hamlet of Bosa Marina, dominated by the Malaspina Castle on the hill of Serravalle, with its colors and its charismatic center, the small town of Bosa does not leave certain disappointed the passersby and guarantees the good living to those who They live there. A lively place with many services often cheap a few steps from the beautiful beaches, great therefore also for backpackers.

Typical products.

There are many and excellent seafood dishes typical of the place but among them it is important to mention the dish of Breed (registered), the one made of spotted (Baldolos) and the soup of lobster alla bosa, a dish rich and of national fame. Speaking of Oenology in Bosa is produced, albeit in limited quantities, the exquisite Malvasia, a wine with intense sweet and fruity aroma to taste both young and aged. Perfect to accompany the sweets or at the end of the meal. The gastronomic Bosa is also varied at the level of bread and sweets: On the occasion of the Easter festivities are carved forms in the bread that symbolize the Passion of Christ (sa wrinkles, sa corona, Iskala) and we realize a type of bread expressly dedicated to Smaller (SOS Kokkorrois kun s ou). For Carnival the characteristic sweets are those of almonds while for other festivities they are made with cheeses and raisins, with filling of Sapa, with honey or still with almonds, walnuts and raisins (for example SOS Pabassinos).
