Wine and taste territories at Atzara 2017

From 28th to 30th July 2017 in Atzara you will be able to take advantage of an itinerant gastronomic itinerary entitled “Territories of wine and taste”. A gastronomic trip to discover the best wines of Mandrolisai and Sardinia, accompanied by the typical products of excellence of the whole territory of Barbagia and Mandrolisai. Cultural, musical and folklore events are planned for you:). Friday 28:

• At 17.00 in the Parish hall, year-end essay of the pupils of the Intermunicipal Civic School of Music;
• At 6.30 pm at the Museo Antonio Ortiz E. Vernissage: Antonio Amor Anthology;
• At 21:30 Casa Carburu, Vernissage: “The Art of weaving in Atzara, from the end of ‘ 800 to today” important historical-artistic path that will guide us to discover the best workmanship of the Atzaresi weavers.
• At 22:00 in Piazza San Giorgio, Piero Maddox in concert;

Saturday 29:

• The Wine Museum at 18.30 will host the Conference: “territories of wine and taste. Food and wine tourism as a development opportunity for rural areas “;
• From 20.00 Museo Antonio Ortiz and, museum in music, Antonio Amore anthology; The exhibition will be accompanied by the classical music of the Trio composed by: Angelica Pancholi, flute, Alessio, Contabbasso and Claudio Mosca on the piano.

Narcao Blues.

Narcao Blues Festival. Sardinia July 2017 events.At Narcao, at Piazza Europa, will be held, from Wednesday 19 to Saturday, July 22, 2017, the 27th international Festival “Narcao Blues”. We are leaving at 21:30. Richissima This edition of Narcao Blues that from 19 to 22 July will call visitors in the village of Narcao, about 60 km from Cagliari. Four intense days with the most important artists of the International blues scene! The “Made in Sardinia” Blues will be dedicated on the first evening Wednesday, July 19, where to get on the stage will be the duo Don Leone composed by the Sulcitani Donato Cecilia (voice) and Matteo Leone (guitar and drums), and Francesco Piu, presenting his latest album: “Peace & Groove. The following day, Thursday 20, beginning at 21:30 will be “the evening of Harmonics”, which will be starring Fabio and Charlie Musselwhite. American and guitar, the evening of Friday, July 21. Opens (as always at 21:30) the Blues rock by Eric Sardinas, followed at 22:30 by Otis Taylor, exclusive to the Narcao blues his only date in Italy. They open the fourth and last evening, Saturday 22, the T-Roosters, an Italian formation composed of four musicians of long experience: Tiziano “Rooster gu” Galli (guitar and vocals), Giancarlo “Silver Head” Cova (drums and choirs), Luigi “Lillo” Rahmati (bass, Double bass and choirs) and Marcus “Bold Sound” round (harmonics and choirs). But the closing night also includes Emmanuel Pi Djob, considered one of the best black voices in circulation. The artist of Cameroon proposes a fusion between the old and the new soul, contaminandolo with rhythms and sounds typical of the African continent. At Narcao he shows up at the head of his Afro Soul Gang. With regard to the DOPOCONCERTO to animate the nights of Wednesday 19 and Friday 21 will be the Superdownhome, a duo of rural blues formed by Henry Sauda (voice, acoustic guitar, Diddley Bow and harmonica) and Beppe Facchetti (crate, snare, tambourine and crash). Thursday 20 holds Banco Moses Concas, the Sardinian musician who last year won public and critics winning Italy’s Got Talent with his dragging mix of harmonica and beatbox. Saturday 22 closes the series The Bad Blues Quartet, the band Cagliari formed by Eleonora Usea (voice), Federico Valenti (guitar), Simone Arca (bass) and Frank Stara (drums), which last June first baptized his debut album. Shopping under the stars in Oristano.

It is the tenth edition of Shopping under the Stars the event held in Oristano every Tuesday of this beautiful summer until August 29. The shops will open from 22 to midnight involving more than 100 activities of the old town which for the occasion is closed to traffic. Nightly shopping will be accompanied by music, art shows and more. The fifth date of Shopping under the Stars will also coincide with the dates of the Dromos festival that see the protagonist in the Cathedral square the singer Gragory Potter as well as the exhibition “The Bring” in the Pinacoteca Comunale.

Sagra delle Panadas in Cuglieri. August 13th.

Sunday, August 13, 2017 will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 22:00 the Sagra delle Panadas in Cuglieri. Many stands in the exhibition market of agro-food products and crafts, demonstration of the processing of Panadas, tasting and sale. In the morning painting workshop with the spatula of Rossa Abebe.

At 16.00 music and dances with accordionist Gianni ore, at 19.30-Parade of traditional masks: “Sos Cotzulados of Cuglieri” and “s ‘ Ainu Orriadore di Montiferru”, at 20.30-Parade of the folk group “St. George Martyr of Tresnuraghes” and Folk and mini folk performances.
